License: STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene L2, PDSD. Leadership and Silver Service Training Preferred
Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Service Stewardess with a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar position to manage the service team and work closely with the Chief Stew to ensure the smooth running of the interior, assist with upkeep of maintenance, provisioning, guest relations, and the general interior structure.
- Leads the service team.
- To have a strong service background, silver service, wines, cocktails, and team management.
- To have good communication skills to ensure a smooth service with the Galley and Service team.
- Works closely with the Chief Stew to ensure smooth running of the interior, upkeep of maintenance, and provisioning.
- To have excellent organisational/administrative skills.
- Must be a team player..

*Off-season (November - April); The Interior runs with reduced manning. There is a team of 4- 5 therefore duties are mainly cleaning, date rotations, provisioning, inventories, and assisting with contractors on board.
Salary: 4600 EUR
Other: Accrues 38.04 days per year, pro rata per month worked
