Summary

We are looking for a skilled Sole Chef to join a busy charter yacht in Italy, starting mid-March.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced charter environment and be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for both crew and guests on a 37m yacht with a crew of seven.

The role demands a well-organized and disciplined approach to maintain a clean and efficient galley at all times.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for collaborating effectively with the crew.

The successful applicant should be flexible, motivated, and adept at handling a high workload during busy charters, with a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences while adhering to a clean personal presentation and maintaining a professional demeanor.
