Summary
We are seeking a skilled Deck/Divemaster for a permanent position aboard a 50-meter vessel operating in the North Pacific Ocean, currently located in Mexico. Crusing grounds between Mexico, Alaska, and the South Pacific. The vessel also has large fishing program so knowledge in fishing is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing deck operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and leading diving activities for guests. Key responsibilities include managing equipment, conducting safety briefings, and providing guidance during underwater excursions. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications, extensive experience in both deck duties and diving, and a strong understanding of marine safety standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. This role requires a proactive individual who is dedicated to delivering a high standard of service while maintaining operational efficiency on board. B/1B/2 STCW and Medial Cert Mandatory.
