We are seeking a dedicated Deckhand to join our 66m motor yacht, which operates with a crew of 19 on a rotational basis (3:1)

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the vessel's exterior, ensuring safety and cleanliness on deck, and assisting with various operations during both private and charter voyages. Any knowledge with varnish, awl grip paint, sika, caulking and tender experience is a plus is a plus. We run with multiple tenders, varying in size from 27 to 38ft outboard
Candidates should possess previous experience in a similar role, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of deck operations, seamanship skills, and a commitment to high standards of service are essential. The position will start in the Bahamas following atlantic crossing and primarily focus on cruising the Mediterranean Sea during the summer months.
