We are looking for a Deckhand to join a 28m
Licence/Experience required = Yacht Master Off Shore
Seasonal position
Start date: Beginning of February 2026
Itinerary: Current location of Yacht Turkey, Single season vessel sailing/traveling all over the Mediterranean, wintering in Italy - Tuscany.
Vessel is built to commercial standards but will be run as Private for owners use.
Malta flagged.
The vessel is part of a small fleet and will travel another vessel + a 12.5m chase vessel.
Total of 5 crew onboard the 28m
2x Deck Department
Candidate must be professional, hands on and active, Navigation/Watch
Candidate must be confident is large tender and water jet tender driving.
Driving Licence
Fit + Heathy
Languages: Fluent English speaking and writing, basic Italian a plus.
Salary: DOE with a standard SEA, 3.5days leave pm
