Summary
Reiya Group is seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a 50m+ private/charter dual-season yacht. The yacht operates a busy program, so the successful candidate will be proactive, reliable and ready to step seamlessly into the team.
The position forms part of a close-knit deck crew, and candidates must have a strong work ethic, a practical understanding of standard deck duties, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 season yachting experience
- Valid B1/B2 visa in hand
- Positive attitude with a strong team ethic
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a dual-season program
Key Responsibilities
- Routine maintenance of deck and exterior areas
- Assisting with mooring, anchoring and line handling
- Assisting with tender operations and water sports equipment
- Supporting guest activities and ensuring a safe and professional onboard experience
- Participating in safety drills and adhering to all safety procedures
