Chief Stewardess – Private Motor Yacht (34m)
We are seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a well-run private motor yacht. We are looking for someone kind, professional, and genuinely caring, who takes pride in their role and is seeking a long-term position within a stable and supportive team.
This position would suit an experienced Chief Stewardess, or a strong Second Stewardess ready to step up, with solid interior experience and a calm, organised approach to service and leadership.
The current Chief Stewardess is transitioning into a land-based role and will be onboard for a 1–2 week handover, ensuring a smooth transition and full familiarisation with the vessel, owners’ preferences, and interior systems. She is assisting the owner directly with the recruitment of her replacement.

Role & Responsibilities
The Chief Stewardess will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the interior department, delivering high standards of service while leading by example.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the interior operation, including housekeeping, laundry, wardrobe, and guest areas
• Delivering consistent, high-quality guest service
• Training, supervising, and supporting junior interior crew
• Managing inventories, provisioning, schedules, and checklists
• Wine, spirits, bar service, and cocktail preparation
• Creating attractive tablescapes and floral arrangements
• Maintaining clear communication with the Captain, Chef, and deck team
• Ensuring a calm, organised, and professional interior at all times
