We are looking for a professional and dynamic Chef to join the crew of our luxury catamaran. We are seeking a culinary talent who views cooking not just as preparation, but as a bespoke experience tailored for demanding international guests. ????
Requirements:
???? Culinary Mastery & Baking: Excellence in gourmet plating with an authentic passion for artisanal baking (daily fresh bread, focaccia, and sourdough/leavened products).
???? Specialized Dietary Knowledge: Proficiency in Vegan, Halal, and Kosher cuisine, as well as strict Gluten-Free and allergy protocols (on occasion).
???? Provisioning Management: Ability to plan and manage provisioning independently, meticulously tracking costs through the APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance).
???? Flexibility: Ability to adapt schedules and menus to changing guest needs and navigation rhythms.
⚓ Resilience & Stress Management: Maintaining calm and clarity under pressure or in shipboard emergencies, ensuring impeccable service at all times.
????️ Languages: Excellent command of English (a second language is a significant plus).
Mandatory & Conditions: ???? Non-Smoker. - ???? STCW Basic Training (all 4 modules in validity). - ???? Food Hygiene and Safety Level 1.
