Salary: €4,500 per month

This 38m SY is currently looking for an Experienced Deckhand/Mate to join them onboard during the 2nd week of February 2026. The successful candidate will have previous experience onboard sailing yachts as a Deckhand, and show some longevity. The vessel is currently in the shipyard in Spain, so your repair skills and product knowledge must be of a very high level. Being a sailing position, you must have the basics like rigging and splicing down to a fine art as well. The vessel is a single season yacht only, so you will get plenty of down time when the owners are not onboard. And although this does not make up for the holidays on offer, it will certainly help you to get some well earned rest after a long season. Please make sure that all visas and certs are up to day before applying for this role. This is not a junior role, so please no green crew applicants on this occasions. You must be able to show a minimum of 2 years yachting, preferably 3 years.
