Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Deckhand for a 65m+ yacht
We are looking for an enthusiastic Deckhand with an active, outdoors-focused lifestyle to join a professionally run motor yacht with a worldwide itinerary. This is a great opportunity to develop within a strong, established deck team.
Requirements
· All certificates up to date
· Confident tender driver
· Strong on deck with good product knowledge
· PWC license
· Interest in outdoor activities and watersports
· B1/B2 Visa or exempt
Preferred
· YM offshore
· EDH
· Diving experience
· Kite surf or sailing experience
· Additional skills (video editing, maintenance, boating background)
Start date: TBC
Location: USA
Salary: Industry standard- DOE
Leave: 5:1
Good training package
Vessel & Itinerary: Worldwide cruising program (currently US-based, crossing to EU for Summer 2026). Private vessel
