We are seeking a professional couple to join a private luxury villa. This is a live-in, couples-only position, consisting of:
- Male: Exterior & Maintenance Manager
- Female: Head of Service or Junior Stewardess (depending on experience)
While the villa is primarily occupied during UK school holidays, it is maintained to the highest standards year-round and must remain fully guest-ready at all times. The household operates at a five-star luxury service level, comparable to high-end private residences or superyachts.
Exterior & Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the exterior department alongside the existing lead exterior role
- Overseeing day-to-day villa maintenance and exterior presentation
- Coordinating and supervising external contractors and suppliers
- Managing pool, garden, and vehicle upkeep
- Supporting guest arrivals and departures, including luggage handling and logistics
- Assisting with event setups and operational support during guest stays
- Working closely with the Villa Manager and Housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in high-end private residences, superyachts, or luxury hospitality
- Strong practical maintenance skills with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
- Discreet, professional, and service-minded
Interior Position
(Head of Service / Interior Stewardess / Junior Interior – depending on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated interior team member for a luxury private villa environment. This role is open to candidates at all levels of experience, from junior entrants eager to learn, to seasoned professionals capable of leading service operations.
Core Responsibilities (All Levels):
- Delivering warm, intuitive, and high-standard interior service within a luxury private villa setting
- Supporting daily dining service, including table setting, clearing, and resetting for meals and events
- Assisting with beverage service, guest refreshments, and welcome moments
- Maintaining impeccable presentation of all interior guest areas throughout the day
- Supporting housekeeping and laundry operations as required
- Assisting with guest arrivals, departures, and personalised requests
- Adapting service style between relaxed family stays and high-touch guest periods
- Working collaboratively with the Villa Manager, Head of House, and wider household team to ensure smooth daily operations
Additional Responsibilities (For Senior / Head of Service Level):
- Leading and coordinating all dining and beverage service
- Establishing, maintaining, and refining service standards, flow, and etiquette
- Training, mentoring, and supporting junior interior staff
- Overseeing table styling, presentation, and the overall guest experience
- Proactively anticipating guest needs and resolving service-related matters
Training & Development:
We warmly welcome junior candidates with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to learn. Full training will be provided for those entering at a junior level.
Candidates at all levels should demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, and a sincere interest in delivering refined service within a private villa environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in high-end private residences, superyachts, or luxury hospitality (beneficial but not essential for junior applicants)
- Naturally service-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Discreet, polished, and confident in guest-facing environments
- Able to read situations and adapt service style accordingly
- Calm, organised, and reliable
Role Requirements for both positions

- Valid driver’s licence
- Legal right to work in France (EU passport or valid visa)
