Summary
We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Stewardess to join the interior team of our 58m motor yacht, currently based in Spain. In this permanent position, you will work with in a team of five interior crew members, supporting the Chief Stewardess and ensuring exceptional service for our guests during a busy Mediterranean cruising season. Responsibilities include providing high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness throughout the yacht, and training junior crew members. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive working environment within a crew of 18 and have a solid knowledge of wine and service protocols. You should be organized and prepared to cover for the Chief Stewardess when needed. A friendly demeanor and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences are essential for success in this role.
