The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a professional and service-driven Stewardess to join the interior team onboard a 100m+ private yacht. This role sits primarily within the service department and reports directly to the Lead Service for daily tasking. During guest-off periods, the Service Stewardess will support the wider interior team in maintaining exceptional standards across guest and crew areas under the guidance of the leads. During guest-on periods, the focus will be on front-facing service, delivering a seamless and high-end guest experience. The ideal candidate will be motivated, polished, and comfortable working within a large with a strong commitment to service excellence and longevity.
