2nd Engineer – 58m M/Y (Private/Charter) – Temporary 6^th Feb – 16^th Feb.

We are currently seeking a hands-on 2nd Engineer to join a 58m Motor Yacht between the 6^th Feb – 16^th Feb +/- a couple of days.

Program Overview

The yacht is currently heavily for sale, with owners transitioning to larger vessels. There may be future opportunities to remain within the fleet depending on circumstances.

Rotation / Contract

• ⁠No rotation ⁠/ temporary position
• Salary: Day rate DOE but Good
• Shared Cabin

Cruising Plans

•⁠  ⁠February: Caribbean / gradually heading toward Florida & Bahamas. Potential charters.

Requirements

•⁠ Female candidates preferred due to cabin arrangements

•⁠ Current location: Caribbean / US preferred

•⁠ EOOW (MN) III/1 or MEOL

•⁠ Previous experience with Caterpillar (3516C ME's, C7.1 Gens) beneficial

•⁠ Strong hands-on capability and willingness to work closely with the Chief Engineer

•⁠ Professional, mature attitude — no drama queens!

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/1 Engineer Officer of the Watch (Unlimited)
