Required Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum Master 3000 GT (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as Captain on similar-sized yachts
• Excellent bridge, navigation, and ship-handling skills
• Solid administrative, compliance, and reporting ability
• Calm, professional demeanour with owners, guests, and crew
• Long-term mindset with good crew management
Desirable
• Worldwide cruising experience
• Shipyard and refit experience
• Familiarity with rotational command structures
• Strong communication and leadership skills
