Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated deckhand to join the deck team on a 60m private motor yacht. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-focused, and a strong team player with a positive attitude and good attention to detail. You will have a minimum of one year within the industry ; if you have a yacht master, this will be considered as a bonus
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with all deck operations, including docking, anchoring, and tender handling
· Washdowns, polishing, varnishing, and general exterior maintenance
· Support watersports activities and guest operations
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of deck equipment and storage areas
· Assist with safety drills and compliance with maritime regulations
· Support interior team when required during busy guest periods
You will be joining a well-established vessel with great crew culture so someone looking for longevity would fit well in the team. On offer is a salary of Euro 2,800 and 42 days leave per annum. We are open to candidates looking to join as a couple - deckhand / 2nd Stewardess. Both candidates should be available to join immediately.
