The Candidate Specification
We are seeking proactive Lead Deckhand or senior deckhand who is looking to step up to join an 80m+ private and charter yacht. The ideal candidate will have previous yachting experience, strong foundational deck skills, and the confidence to take a lead role within the deck team. You should be a team player with a positive attitude, capable of maintaining high standards while supporting both guests and crew in a fast-paced charter environment.
