Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Steward/ess to join a well-established 80m+ private M/Y
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the Chief Steward/ess role on vessels 60m+
- This is a hands-on, guest-facing position, requiring strong service and housekeeping knowledge.
- The successful candidate must be confident leading a large interior team from the front, setting high standards by example.
- You should be highly organised and efficient, with the ability to plan and oversee daily tasks while ensuring they are carried out to the highest standard.
- A key part of the role involves training and developing the interior team in a motivating, kind, and supportive manner.
- We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills, a calm and composed demeanour, and exceptional attention to detail. A genuine passion for delivering the highest level of service and consistently exceeding guest expectations is essential.
- The ideal candidate will bring a positive, upbeat, outgoing, and bubbly personality, contributing to a healthy and enjoyable onboard environment.
- This position would best suit someone looking to join a dual-season yacht with a well-planned itinerary, supportive ownership, and a lovely captain and crew.
- This is a 2/2 rotational schedule starting beginning of February.
