We are seeking an experienced Lead Housekeeper to join the interior team onboard a prestigious 74m private/charter yacht. This is a key leadership role overseeing housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring five-star standards throughout guest and crew areas.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organised, and confident managing inventories, stock control, and cleaning schedules. Strong wardrobe and luggage management skills are essential, working closely with the principal’s stylist to maintain guest preferences and cabin set-ups.
We are looking for a calm, professional leader who enjoys training and motivating a team and takes pride in running a well-organised department.
Requirements:
- Previous Lead/Senior Housekeeper experience on 60m+ yachts
- Strong wardrobe and fabric care knowledge
- Confident with inventories, ordering, and SOPs
- Discreet, proactive, and team-oriented
