A rare couple’s opportunity has become available on a 32m Expedition yacht that is based between Australia (QLD) & the South Pacific Islands.
The vessel is used for private use only and the itinerary will span from Aus, Fiji, Vanuatu , Tonga in 2026 and into Micronesia in 2027
About the Mate/ Engineer
Will support the captain in both deck & engineering, spanning from bridge watches , tender driving to engine room maintenance, pre departure checks, troubleshooting technical issues and managing yard projects.
About the Cook/Stew
More galley focused than interior, the stew /cook will largely be responsible for providing family style meals to the guests and crew onboard.
About the Yacht
Expedition style, will focus on off the beaten track cruising and very active in watersports adventures including surfing , diving, fitness ect (an interest in these areas would be helpful)
The vessels adopts a hands on approach where everyone pitches in across departments to ensure the functioning of the yacht and that guest trips are truly memorable
The Ideal Candidates
An established team with a few years’ experience on Superyachts. Preferably at least one of the candidates would have working rights in Aus/NZ and open to sponsoring the partner
The Package
Mate/Engineer: $110,000-$130,000 AUD / Year DOE
Cook/Stew: $100,000 AUD / year DOE
30 days annual leave
Start: Late February / Early March
