Lead Deckhand (Couples Role) – 85m Charter Yacht (Single Season)
We are seeking an experienced Lead Deckhand to join an 85m charter yacht for a single Mediterranean season, with an ASAP start.
This is a couples role, as we are also recruiting for a Service Stewardess to join the same yacht.
The yacht is currently gearing up for a busy Med charter season, so we are looking for motivated, professional crew who thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well as part of a strong team.
Lead Deckhand – Key Details

Lead Deckhand Requirements
- Proven experience in rank as Lead Deckhand
- Previous experience on 60m+ yachts essential
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Charter experience preferred but not essential
- Professional, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
Service Stewardess – Key Details

Service Stewardess Requirements
