Requirements and preferred skills:
- B1/B2 in hand or US visa exempted - Essential to be considered.
- Basic Certificates up to date and in hand - Essential
- Yachtmaster Offshore or equivalent - Preferred
- Schengen Visa or EU visa exempt - Preferred
- Min 6 month longevity on one boat - Preferred
- Solid/ significant diving experience - Preferred
- PWC license or instructor - Beneficial
- Kite surf/ Sailing experience - Beneficial
- EDH in hand - Beneficial
Package:
- 5:1 Rotation (5 on deck + 1 deck on leave at all time) - Allows some flexibility to meet personal commitments.
- 2x return flights per year for rotation.
- Industry standard salary - DOE

Yacht program: Professionally and safety orientated run vessel. Respectful and family-oriented ownership, worldwide itinerary (Currently US based and crossing to EU for summer 2027 - previous cruising includes: Alaska, US East coast, Baltic, Eastern and Western Med, UK,... ). International crew of 16, mixing multiple nationalities. Balanced time between crossings, time in port, maintenance periods and owner trips. The deck team runs with 6 crew onboard (including C.O.), it is a well established and cohesive team with good longevity at different ranks. There is a positive and hands on working environment which allows development and upskill each crew to partake in most duties of the different deck operations.
