We are seeking a Chief Engineer for a 52m yacht built in 2024, currently located in Italy.
This rotational position involves overseeing all engineering operations on board, ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of all machinery and systems. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, as well as managing the engineering team of 12 crew members.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant maritime engineering qualifications, extensive experience in yacht engineering, and a strong understanding of marine systems. They should demonstrate leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations. Familiarity with the Mediterranean Sea cruising itinerary is advantageous.
