Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Deckhand to join our 60m dual-season charter Motor Yacht, currently located in Sint Maarten. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional crew on a busy charter vessel operating in both summer and winter seasons.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent deck skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities will include assisting with deck operations, maintenance, watchkeeping, guest activities, and supporting charter operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times.
Candidates must hold valid Schengen and B1/B2 visas, along with a Yacht Rating or Yachtmaster certificate. A Watersports Instructor qualification is essential, as you will be actively involved in delivering safe, fun, and engaging water-based activities for guests.
