We are seeking an experienced and hands on Chief Officer for a busy season between Croatia and Greece with a great international crew.

Vessel was bought in March 2025, extensive refit carried out before 2025 charter season. She is currently in shipyard to complete the last upgrades needed before next season.

For right candidate, possible step up as captain mid July

Requirements:

• Chief officer 3000gt minimum
• Previous experience on yachts > 50m
• Charter experience in mandatory
• GMDSS operator
• Good ISM knowledge
• Strong leadership and team work
• Good yacht maintenance knowledge
• Excellent tender driver
• Schengen / Visa-free Exemption
• Valid STCW & ENG1

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• Reg II/2 CoC Chief Mate (Unlimited) / Master <3000gt
• Reg II/2 CoC Master (Unlimited) / Class 1
• MCA CoC Chief Mate <3000gt
• MCA CoC Master <3000gt / Class 4

Specialised Security Courses

• Proficiency as Ship Security Officer (SSO) (A-VI/5)
