Good day,
We are seeking a strong Deck/Stew with solid tender skills for a private and charter program operating between The Bahamas and New England.
This is a hybrid role. During charters, the candidate must be confident supporting the interior team and Chief Stew. Outside of charter, the position will focus primarily on deck operations, offering real opportunities to grow and gain more hands-on deck and bridge experience.
We are open to candidates with a strong hospitality background who are eager to transition into yachting, provided they understand professional standards, respect the chain of command, and are ready to work as part of a disciplined team.
Tender experience is a major plus — we are looking for someone who can drive a tender, assist with towing, and confidently jump in and out to support operations and guests when needed.
The Mate will assist with docking, and the Captain is happy to train the right candidate in engineering and driving skills.
Candidates already located in the U.S. or Bahamas will be strongly considered.
