We are looking for a Personal Household Assistant to join an UHNW Family in New York
Salary: $110,000–$115,000 + bonus
Location: New York (Must hold a US Passport or Green Card)
Schedule: 40 hours per week | Rotational schedule
This is a non-live-in position. Short-term accommodation may be available for trials or relocation.

The Role
Working as part of a wider support team, you will provide high-level personal and lifestyle assistance to one of the principals, ensuring their day-to-day activities run seamlessly.
Responsibilities will include:
- Diary and schedule coordination
- Travel preparation and organisation
- Wardrobe and personal organisation
- Day-to-day personal support and administration
- Preparing the principal for meetings, appointments, and engagements
- Liaising with household staff and external contacts
- Occasional domestic and international travel support
This role will suit candidates with backgrounds in private households, yachting, luxury hospitality, or high-level PA/EA roles, who are accustomed to anticipating needs and operating with discretion.
Hours & Schedule
- 40 hours per week (contracted)
- Rotational schedule, typically 4 days on / 3 days off (subject to operational needs)
- Standard operating hours between 9am–9pm, with shifts arranged to maintain balanced working hours
- Flexibility required during travel, with time off in lieu provided
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a US Passport or Green Card
- Based in New York and able to drive
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Professional, discreet, and service-driven
- Comfortable working as part of a large, established household team
- Would suit a Chief Stewardess looking to move to land based
