We are seeking a professional and motivated Deckhand / Dive Master for a well-maintained 70m private motor yacht. This is a hands-on role within a deck team of 8.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a deckhand on yachts measuring 50m or more. You should be hardworking, physically fit, and possess strong teamwork skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, empathy, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. You must also be well-versed in operational and safety procedures, competent in general deck duties, and confident in driving tenders.

- Winter 2026: Dubai / Maldives
- Summer 2026: Mediterranean

Skills & Attributes:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Deckhand on yachts of 50m or more with a history of longevity in previous roles
- Experience in tender driving
- Rescue Diver certification or higher
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional presentation; organized, adaptable, and team-oriented
Qualifications Required:
- STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
- Yacht Master certification (ideally)
- Powerboat Level 2
- Valid Seafarers' Medical Certificate
- Valid B1/B2 Visa (essential) & Schengen/EU Visa (ideally)
