Summary
We are seeking a skilled Deckhand to join our team on a 52m motor yacht based in Sint Maarten. The ideal candidate will have charter experience, specifically in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Atlantic crossings. Responsibilities include maintaining deck equipment, assisting in watchkeeping, and participating in safety drills and fireman training.
Candidates must hold up-to-date STCW certification, an ENG1 medical certificate, PWC, Yacht Rating and a Powerboat License; additional qualification such as a PWC instructor certification is advantageous.
Proficiency in operating windlasses and experience with jet tenders are essential. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required to ensure the highest standards of safety and service on board as we navigate the Caribbean Sea.
