CAPTAIN – 35M Private MY
If you have proven experience as Captain, this is your chance to step into a new and exciting role. This is a permanent position on a single-season vessel, homeported SOF/Italy. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership qualities with solid engineering knowledge, ensuring smooth operations and a positive environment on board.
Longevity in background experiences is highly recommended.

38 days’ paid leave
Experience/Skills required:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as Captain on board 28m+ yachts
• Minimum 2 years’ longevity as Captain on board
• Strong engineering skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Dynamic, energetic, and able to lead by example with a positive attitude
• Excellent leadership, communication, and crew management skills
• Solid knowledge of Mediterranean cruising grounds/ Turkey/ Greece / SOF
• Strong administration and accounting capabilities
• Mother tongue Italian
Qualifications required:
• Master 500gt minimum
• AEC1/2 ( Preferred)
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Seaman’s Discharge Book
