Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Deckhand to join a 56m motor yacht currently operating in the Caribbean Sea. In this permanent role, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the vessel, ensuring safety and cleanliness on deck, mooring and anchoring operations. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining deck equipment, tender driving and supporting water sports activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential for contributing to a professional atmosphere on board. This position is suitable for couples due to cabin arrangements, as a second stew position is also available. The package includes 60 days of leave per year, a 13th month bonus, and an annual pay rise of 3-5%. Salary DOE
