Summary
TYS Recruitment is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented 3rd Stewardess to join a team of four in the interior department. Currently based in Genoa, Italy, the 55m luxury charter yacht is preparing for a busy Mediterranean season. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level stew looking to solidify their skills within a high-performing, multinational crew and a long-term, supportive environment.
The Role
As the 3rd Stewardess, you will be a key "all-rounder," rotating through service, housekeeping, and laundry. We are looking for someone proactive, who has a "can-do" attitude, and is eager to maintain the highest standards of luxury service for our charter guests and owners.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 seasons of industry experience (charter experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures.
- Service: Basic knowledge of cocktails and wine service; eager to learn advanced service styles.
- Attributes: Highly organised, team-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic.
- Logistics: Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene Level 2. Valid Schengen visa (if applicable).
- Bonus: Experience in a yacht yard environment is a plus.
Package
- Salary: $3,500 USD per month.
- Leave: 38 days per year.

Key Responsibilities
- Interior Maintenance: Maintain guest cabins and public areas to 7-star standards.
- Service Support: Assist the Chief and 2nd Stew with various service styles (Silver Service, family-style, and plated).
- Laundry Operations: Efficiently manage guest and crew laundry, including delicate fabric care and ironing.
- Inventory: Assist in monitoring and organizing interior supplies and guest amenities.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the interior team of four to ensure seamless operations and a positive atmosphere.
