Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated 3rd chef for a busy, dual-season, private motor yacht with a worldwide itinerary. Female candidates only due to current cabin arrangements.
The applicant MUST hold all yacht qualifications as well as a b1/b2 visa.
The 3rd chef will join a galley team of 3 (Head Chef, Sous Chef and 3rd Chef), on a fully rotational time for time contract (2:2).
The Crew Chef’s main responsibility will be preparing meals for up to 36 crew members. We need someone experienced enough to manage this workload comfortably while providing a healthy and balanced diet that accommodates various dietary needs. From time to time you would also be actively involved in guest cooking working closely with the kitchen team. The ideal candidate is confident, capable, level-headed, responsible, and can integrate smoothly with a large crew. Yacht experience on a 70m+ vessel is preferred.
The vessel offers a great overall package including a longevity bonus structure and are very active in training and career development.
Applicants must have all up-to-date yacht qualifications valid for at least 6 months at the time of joining, and a fully up to date Amandine profile including an up to date CV, up to date sample menus, food photographs and contact details for last 2 employers for us to take recent verbal references.
