Summary
Position: Rotational (4:2) Head of Service Stewardess.
Minimum Requirements: B1/B2 Visa, STCW10, ENG1 Medical, Food Hygiene Level II.
IYC are seeking a rotational Head of Service to join a busy 75m dual season vessel as soon as possible.
Candidates must have proven longevity working in service on a large motor yachts in this size range. Candidates must be proficient in the various styles of silver service and must be confident with leading a service team and training other Stewardesses in this discipline. Candidates must also boast a broad knowledge of fine wines, mixology and barista skills.
