Position: Sole Engineer
Minimum Requirements: B1/B2 visa, STCW95, ENG1 Medical.
IYC is seeking an experienced Sole Engineer for a 30m motor yacht based in the USA.
The successful candidate will have proven sole-charge engineering experience on yachts of a similar size, with a strong hands-on and preventative maintenance mindset. This role requires full responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of all onboard mechanical, electrical, and hotel systems.
A flexible and proactive approach is essential on a vessel this size and the successful applicant would be expected to assist on deck during manoeuvres.
Salary negotiable based on qualification & existing yachting experience.
