This 37m MY is currently looking for a Chief Officer to join them asap in the states. The vessel is currently being shipped to West Palm Beach from the Med, so the candidate will be at the other end ready and waiting by either the 11th or 12th January. This is busy charter-focused program ( 10 charters per year roughly) with minimal owner use (owner typically onboard once per year). Used as business. The successful candidate will have a minimum 4 years yachting experience, and ideally have their OOW hand. There is a 32ft tender onboard, so you will be a very solid tender driver with guests onboard. The vessel plans to travel the Caribbean in the winter time and the Med in the summer time for most years. You will be very confident in navigation and passages etc, and must be very safety focussed when it comes to both the bridge and deck department. You will be in charge of 2 deckhands out of a crew of 8, and the captain will be more than happy to teach you some extra knowledge if the willingness to learn is shown.
