Summary
YACHTZOO is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Charter Manager to join our dynamic team in Monaco.
This is a full-time role with an immediate start, working within the framework of the central agency and overseeing the day-to-day management of charter yachts.
The Charter Manager will act as a key liaison between yacht owners, captains, charter clients, and the wider brokerage community.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full charter calendar and schedules of the yachts under our management Coordinate enquiries and bookings, managing the process from initial contact through to post-charter feedback Maintain regular communication with yacht owners, captains and charter brokers Provide up-to-date information on yacht availability, locations and specifications Prepare charter marketing materials, itineraries and promotional campaigns Handle charter documentation, including MYBA contracts and related paperwork Coordinate yacht presence at major shows and events
Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years of experience in yacht charter management or charter brokerage Strong knowledge of MYBA charter agreements and industry practices Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both clients and crew Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple yachts and tasks efficiently Strong network within the yachting community and ability to collaborate with charter brokers Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) – other languages are a plus Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
