Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Female First Mate / Stewardess to join a 23m private family motor yacht based in Montenegro for the season (March–October), with the possibility of a full-time position for the right candidate.
This is a dual role combining:
- Deck / First Mate duties (Manoeuvring of vessel when necessary, line handling, anchor watches, assisting with navigation, safety checks)
- Interior / Stewardess duties (family-focused guest service, housekeeping, laundry, table setting)
Requirements
- Previous yachting experience preferred, including driving experience.
- Strong deck skills and confident seamanship
- High interior standards and excellent service
- Friendly, discreet, and family-oriented personality
- Day skipper or above, STCW & ENG1 required (or ability to obtain before start)
- Able to work efficiently as part of a small team
