Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic crew member to join our 44m dual-season private/charter yacht. The package includes, 38 days leave, $3,500 USDp/m, 13th month bonus and training/course incentives.The vessel operates in the Bahamas and Caribbean during the winter season and in the Mediterranean for the summer.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of yachting experience who is looking to further develop their skills in a dynamic and professional program. Strong tender driving experience is essential, and candidates holding a Yacht Rating or Yachtmaster certification will be highly regarded.
The yacht runs a solid charter schedule, with a busy season last year in the Med and another active season expected ahead. Additional skills such as fishing, diving, and watersports are a big plus and always welcomed on board.
