Deckhand – 50m World-Cruising Motor Yacht
This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and professional deck team on a 50m world-cruising motor yacht.
We operate with a deck team of three, plus the Chief Officer, and regularly utilise several high-end chase boats that rendezvous with the vessel depending on itinerary and schedule.
This position requires an involved and capable crew member. During manoeuvres, you must be confident operating independently—whether driving the chase boat, managing the foredeck, or running the aft deck solo.
The vessel is currently in the Maldives and operates worldwide. This role offers extensive sea time, making it ideal for someone working towards their OOW.
Requirements:
- Male (due to cabin arrangements)
- Strong safety awareness
- Hard-working with a calm, level-headed approach under pressure
- Confident and proactive during manoeuvres
This is a non-rotational position (leave TBC). The role offers excellent hands-on experience and will not suit candidates seeking a seasonal Mediterranean winter position.
