Summary
We are looking for Chief mate for a 55m Private MY, The role will be paired with a Chief Stewardess,
They will be completing a single season this year with a return to usual dual season cruising in 2027
The programme has excellent longevity with a long serving captain providing strong continuity and leadership. You will be overseeing a deck team of 4.
Candidate Requirements
• Chief Mate 3000GT ticket
• Ready to step in first Chiefs role coming from an officer background on 50m+ programmes
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience
• Solid knowledge of ISM / ISPS
• Highly organised, proactive, and hard-working
• Heli-ops experience essential
• Valid B1/B2 Visa required
