Summary
We are recruiting a Deck / OOW to join a well-established and highly regarded 85m Motor Yacht on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work onboard a vessel with a strong industry reputation, operating to high professional standards and with a clear focus on crew development. The role includes exterior maintenance, watchkeeping, navigation under senior officer guidance, docking and anchoring operations, tender handling, safety duties, and guest operations where required. The yacht has a fit and active crew culture with a strong emphasis on watersports, within a supportive and team-focused environment. The position offers a 3:1 rotation, a competitive salary based on experience, a comprehensive training package, and clear progression opportunities within a well-structured onboard team. Applicants must hold an Officer of the Watch certificate in hand to be considered.
