- Looking for an experienced Sole Chef who is able to efficiently prep and provision for charters
- Cooking for 9 crew
- Large pantry for the size of the vessel
- You will ideally come from a fine-dining/Michelin background but also provide family style for lunches
- Med style cooking, but taking influence from other cuisines such as - Japanese, Mexican and be diverse when it comes to charters
- Looking to implement everyone mucking in together, shared duties when it comes to cleaning etc
- 60 days leave
- Must have B1/B2, Schengen or EU citizen
- Ships cook or equivalent
