Joining location: Mexico/Puerto Rico
Visas: Schengen & B1/B2 in hand
MUST have 1-2 years of experience on deck. & PADI Scuba Instructor Certificate or Dive Master
Currently in Mexico, heading to Puerto Rico next & then possibly Med or South Pacific. Very exciting trips for 2026.
Amazing & fun owners. Close-knit crew environment, a lot of sports & active adventures happening on & off charter. Ideally, someone who likes watersports, fishing, diving, and surfing.
This position would be suited for someone who is focused on a deck career and enjoys diving, and not for someone looking to only work as a dive instructor on board. Must be able to lead dives and maintain equipment. 10-15 dives per annum. The ideal candidate must be a dedicated and hardworking individual with strong deck maintenance knowledge. Tender driving experience is essential. The vessel is seeking a team member who brings a positive, energetic attitude and a good sense of humour, and who will be a great fit within a fun, collaborative onboard environment.
