Summary
We are seeking a skilled Deckhand/Mate to join a 67m motor yacht currently located in Panama, with a cruising itinerary in the Caribbean Sea. The successful candidate will have experience on similar-sized vessels and will be responsible for assisting with deck operations, maintenance, and water sports activities. A strong background in Padel, golf, and tennis is required, alongside a fit and active lifestyle. Required certifications include STCW, ENG1, and Yachtmaster, with a B1/B2 visa being an advantage. The role demands confidence on deck and the ability to work well within a team of 18 crew members. The position is permanent, with a contract structure of 4:1 and an expected start date in January 2025. Ideal candidates should possess a UK, EU, Australian, or New Zealand passport for visa purposes.
