One month will be spent in Gstaad, Switzerland, and one month in Saudi Arabia.
Gstaad- full room and board in separate quarters
Saudi- full room and board in a 4-star hotel on the high-end compound with everything (Al-Bustan Village).
Principals like Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian cuisines. Lots of fresh vegetables and fish. Clean, delicious food prepared from scratch. Principals are happy to spend money on buying top-notch ingredients.
The kitchens in both locations are modern and well-equipped.
A car can be supplied for shopping and weekend use in Saudi Arabia.
The chef should have more residential experience than restaurant experience. Vital that the chef has a good, friendly, positive demeanour
A 3-4 day chef trial to be conducted in Gstaad asap.
Only chefs with EU passport or right to work in EU should apply
Salary is up to 7000 CHF per month, depending on experience
