Position: 3rd Engineer - Primarily / with Deck duties when guests are on. Light owner/guest use. 

Yacht: 60 - 65m Motor Yacht - private

Requirements: Basic engineering skills.. Happy to work on Deck

Experience of 1+ years in the ER ideally

STCW + Refresher

ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)

B1B2 visa, or equivalent (valid min. 1 year)

Active, self starter, takes directions, pride in work, loves to learn

Healthy lifestyle, light drinking habits

Male (due to cabin arrangements)

PLUSES: PBL2 or YM, VHF, Adv. FF and mechanical trade background.

This position is primarily in the Engineering Dept with shift to Deck Dept during the occasional guest trip, arrivals and departures.

Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience

Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Approved Engine Course (AEC 1 & 2) Certificate
