Summary


Position: Seasonal Sole Chef

Start Date: ASAP - until April, possible Med Season 

Itinerary: Caribbean

Guests: Up to 12

Crew: 10

Salary: DOE - 3 days leave per month

Requirements: ENG1, STCW, Food & Hygiene L2

Role Expectations:

  • Ability to manage provisioning, work independently, and deliver meals on time
  • Proven track record and professional culinary training preferred, based on past success in the role
