45m Private/Charter Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced Female Chef to join a 45m motor yacht on a temporary basis, with the option to remain temporary or transition to permanent if mutually agreed.
The vessel operates a mix of charter and light owner use and runs with a friendly, professional crew of 9. This role requires a chef who can step in immediately, work confidently in a fast-paced charter environment, and maintain a high culinary standard for both guests and crew.
Contract: Temporary (with potential to go permanent)
Salary: USD $9,000 per month (pro-rated)
Charter Schedule: Approximately 15 weeks per year

Female candidates only (cabin arrangement)
Available immediately in Sint Maarten
Non-smoker
No couples
Small, non-offensive tattoos acceptable
Charter experience
Able to produce diverse, fresh, and nutritious menus
Calm under pressure, well-organized, and team-oriented
