1. About the Yacht & Program
We are seeking a professional, calm, and well-rounded deck/stew to join a 24 m privately owned motor yacht for the 2026 Mediterranean season.
The yacht is used primarily by two owners, with occasional short visits from family or friends. There are no commercial charters, and the program is relaxed, respectful, and well organised.
The season will commence in Turkey and conclude in Malta, cruising the Mediterranean at a comfortable pace.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a quiet, high-standard private program, values owner privacy, and is confident working independently.
2. Role Overview
This is a hybrid deck and interior position, suitable for a capable individual who takes pride in maintaining the yacht to a high standard and delivering attentive, unobtrusive service.
3. Deck Duties
Mooring and line handling
Washdowns and deck maintenance
Tender handling (preferred)
Basic mechanical and systems checks
Watersports setup and assistance
4. Interior Duties
Housekeeping and daily cleaning
Table setting and meal service
Laundry and wardrobe care
Light provisioning assistance
Additional Skills (Advantageous)
Basic cooking skills are a strong advantage (simple meal preparation, breakfasts, light lunches)
Ability to assist informally in the galley when needed
5. Requirements
Minimum 2 full seasons of yachting experience
Experience on 20–30 m yachts preferred
Valid STCW and ENG1
EU passport OR valid Schengen visa with Seafarer’s Book
Confident working independently
Fluent English (additional languages an advantage)
Excellent personal presentation and hygiene
